NORTH CENTRAL FAYETTE COUNTY WILDLIFE MANAGEMENT CO-OP

October 14^th, 2006

All Board members were in attendance; Norman Schultz, Dale Meinardus, Emil Sodolak, El Gene Weyand, Luke Sternadel, Cordell Levien, Gary Weishuhn, Barbara Wernette, Fred Wernette

Agenda:

Norman Schultz called the annual meeting to order.

Fred Wernette read the minutes of the last meeting. The motion was made to accept the minutes as read by James Urban and it was seconded by Leonard Kasper.  The members present accepted by acclamation.

Barbara Wernette gave the Treasurer’s report.  The motion was made to accept the report as read by Luke Sternadel and it was seconded by James Bramblett.  The members present accepted by acclamation.

Larry Nickle asked support for a benefit for Mike Bertsch, a cancer patient, to be held on November 1^st, 2006.

Norman Schultz motioned that three Directors, Norman Schultz, Emil Sodolak, and Fred Wernette terms be extended for another three years.   Darlene Bramblett moved to accept the Directors named and the members present accepted by acclamation.

Norman Schultz introduced Dr. Bill Ocumpaugh, Calvin Harbough, and Greg Pleasant, the speakers for the meeting. 

Norman Schultz recognized and thanked Merle Sternadel and Brent Meinardus for bringing their deer heads harvested in 2005 to the meeting.

Norman Schultz closed the meeting by thanking all present for attending.
