By-laws
- This association shall be
called the North Central Fayette County Wildlife Management
Co-op. (N.C.F.C.W.M.C.)
- The association will begin,
effective February 5, 1993.
- Members will be assessed a
$10.00 membership annually.
- Money will be used for
postage, advertisement, programs, and predator control.
- Membership dues are payable
at the annual Fall Meeting
- Membership signs will be
available.
- The bank account will be
established at Round Top State Bank, Round Top, Texas.
- The address of the
organization is N.C.F.C.W.M.C., P.O. Box 224, Round Top,
Texas 78954.
- 9 directors will be elected
by a majority vote to serve on the executive committee.
These directors will serve a staggered 3 year term with 3
directors being up for a yearly nomination. Directors
will organize into offices in a private session.
- An officer or director must
be a landowner, operator, administrator, or a family member
of the aforementioned property within the Co-op.
Membership is open to anyone interested in wildlife
management. However, each operating unit of land shall
have one vote in Co-op matters.
- Members are in no way
obligated to the Texas Agricultural Extension Service, The
Parks and Wildlife Department, The Soil Conservation
Service, and the Forest Service, the LCRA, or the
N.C.F.C.W.M.C. Each member may or may not agree with
the recommended wildlife management practices. By
becoming a member, one merely acknowledges the desire for
implementing wildlife management practices to improve the
quality and/or numbers of wildlife on one's land.
- These by-laws may be changed
by a 2/3 vote of membership present at any called meeting
following a 10 day written notification of the meeting.
